No, we do not accept returns on shipped boxes. Please reach out to us to make arrangements for order cancellation whenever possible. If you encounter any issues with your order, please don’t hesitate to let us know. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’re here to assist you!

Classroom Packs: Our classroom packs are filled with enough supplies to create 10 projects. If you need more then ten we recommend getting two or three packs based on how many projects you need.

You have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time by reaching out to us; we’re always here to assist you. For prepaid subscriptions, cancelling will halt the renewal, ensuring you won’t be charged again. However, you’ll still receive the boxes you’ve already paid for in advance.
